He is survived by: his sons, Freddie Douglas Musgrove, Jr. and Jeffrey Lewis Musgrove; his grandsons, Jalon Musgrove and Trevor Musgrove; and his siblings, Ella Musgrove, George Musgrove, John Musgrove, Silas Musgrove (Muzelle), Jessie Musgrove and Tommy Musgrove (Mary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
