Esther Roberts Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Roberts of Roanoke, Virginia, born in Naugatuck, Connecticut, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Donavan and Anna Donavan (Vilius); and her brother James Donovan. She is survived by: her husband Donald J. Roberts; her friends, Elaine Anderson and Audrey Fredric; and her pet Kirby.
As a result of the pandemic, in-person meetings stopped at the Kingdom Hall where she attended, but Esther mastered the use of Zoom so that she could continue to participate in the weekly Bible studies and witnessing groups.
