Simmons Jr., Deeley McCormack, Reva Hollandsworth (Randall) and Emily Hodgin; her grandchildren, Eugene Radford (Rachael), Jackie Gill (Chris), Amanda Hollandsworth, Zach Hollandsworth, Seth Hodgin and Isaac Hodgin; her great grandchild Olivia Gill; and her siblings, Jerry Bush (Judy), Bobby Bush (Bonnie) and Susie McCoy (Chester).
