She was predeceased by: her parents, Ena Snow and Howard Snow; her husband Leo Alvin Welch; her children, Janet Marie Welch and Glenn Howard Welch; her siblings, Shirley Janney and Guy Snow; and her grandson Justin Wheeler.
She is survived by: her children, Alvin Welch, Marsha Wheeler (Bo) and Katrina Ellis (George); her siblings, Linda Joyce (Jim) and Garland Snow (Susan); and her niece Virginia. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
