She is survived by: her parent Lethia Boothe Thomas Horton; her children, Virginia Johnson of Hardy, Debora Caldwell of Roanoke, Ira Caldwell, Robert Caldwell of Roanoke, Nelson Caldwell of Troutville, Ronald Caldwell of Troutville and Michael Caldwell of Troutville; her grandchildren, Michelle Gerst (J. R.), Mason Caldwell and Bobby Caldwell; her great grandchildren, Jasmine Caldwell and Bella Caldwell; and her brother Bernard Thomas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
