It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald William Campbell of Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on October 26, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Campbell and Clara Campbell; and his siblings, Harold Campbell and Ann Martin. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Goad Campbell; his sons, Donald Campbell Jr., Timothy Campbell (Jennifer) and William "Lynn" Campbell (Shannon); his stepchildren, Robert Phillips (Patty), Nelson Phillips (Mary) and Tammy Whitlock (Topaz); his brothers, Larry Campbell (Damaris), Arthur Lee Campbell (Terri), Kenneth Campbell (Rene) and Steven Campbell; and his sister-in-law Linda Faye Harris. He is also survived by many grandchildren; several great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral Home (5160 Peters Creek Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019).
