Though David Wayne may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Johnson Jr. and Bethol Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, Danny Johnson (Renee) and Lorye Johnson; his niece Kirsten White; his nephews, Hayden Johnson and Mitchell Johnson; and his great-niece Adalie Mills.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens (5737 Airport Rd NW, Roanoke, VA 24012).
