With solemn reverence, we commemorate David Lee Paitsel (Roanoke, Virginia), whose life came to an end on January 12, 2025 at the age of 68, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paitsel and Marcie Paitsel; and his siblings, Jerry Pollard and James E. Paitsel. He is survived by: his wife Carole "Anne" Paitsel; his children, Steven Paitsel (Amanda) and Sylvia Paitsel (Cedrick); his grandchildren, Trevor, MaKayla and Alyssa; his grandfathers, Ryleigh and Leia; his sister Marcie Laprade; his pets, Kody and Vixon; and his close friend Lewis Wyrick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lotz Funeral Home (1001 Franklin Rd SW, Roanoke, VA 24016). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fort Lewis Baptist Church (4215 W Main St, Salem, VA 24153).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Angels of Assisi, 415 Campbell Avenue Southwest, Roanoke, VA 24016.
