With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie A. Golding (Roanoke, Virginia), who passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Billie may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Hope (Booker). He is survived by: his son Will Golding (Cheryl McManus Golding) of Roanoke; and his sisters, Sandra Golding (Joe) of Boones Mill, Virginia and Dianne Wrenn (Steve) of Asheboro, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral Home (3912 Electric Rd, Cave Spring, VA 24018).
