She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Patterson Murray Jr.; and her parents, Charles Everette Boyd Sr. and Virginia Harvey Boyd. She is survived by: her sons, Lawrence E. Murray (Linda) of Magnolia Springs, AL, David P. Murray (Jeanna) of Brentwood, TN and James B. Murray (Donna) of Gautier, MS; her grandchildren, Melanie Eidson, Alan Murray, Jennifer Smith, Kristin Burke, Heather Harris and Brandon Murray; her great grandchild Madeline Eidson; her grandchildren, Isha Murray, Jackson, Parker, Beckett, Leighton Smith, Elias, Emma, Brooks, Blake Burke, Thomas and Susannah Harris; her siblings, Martha Anne Ashworth and Charles Everette Boyd Jr.; and her granddaughter Melissa Murray.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hendersonville Memory Gardens, Funeral Home & Cremation Center (353 E Main St, Hendersonville, TN 37075). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Hendersonville Memorial Gardens (353 E Main St, Hendersonville, TN 37075).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
