She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vaughan and Bertha Vaughan; her son Stephen K. Roberts; and her brother Howard Vaughan. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary (Tim Mize) and Sue (John Wolfe); her daughter-in-law Rebecca Roberts of Roanoke; and her siblings, John Wallace Vaughan, Ruth Roe and Bonnie Boyle. She is also survived by four grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
