He is survived by: his wife Brianna Peterson of Roanoke; his parents, William Brian Peterson and Jeanine Bearden; his siblings, Zachary Michael Peterson and Stacey Renee Peterson; his grandmothers, Barbara Jones (Bob) of Windsor and Elizabeth Lee (Jesse) of Ada; and his aunts, Donna, Teri (Ron) of Roanoke and Virginia. He is also survived by four fur babies.
In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Wounded Warrior Project in dedication to Alix.
