He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maude Rose Raines and Franklin Lee Jolliffe; his wife Frances Jolliffe of Virginia; his children, Frank, Tyson Jolliffe Jr. (Shannon), Angela Rose Starr (Mike) and Arlene Jolliffe Brown; his sisters, Natalie Gaye Carr and Judy Settle; his half-brother Van Stringfellow; and his grandchildren, Cameron Ayscue, Chad (Barbara), Matt (Christina), James, Daniel, Kathryn Starr, Chaz Lee Jolliffe and Brook Renee Jolliffe. He was also cherished by his great grandchildren.
