She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Sinclair and Mazie Augusta Hotchkiss Sinclair of The Plains, Virginia.; her husband Bobby Jackson Rutherford; and her sister Dorothy Sinclair Ramey. She is survived by: her son Kenneth Rutherford (Martha) of Irvine, KY; her grandson Brandon Rutherford (Erin) of Front Royal, VA; her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Cameron, Logan, Kelsey, Kaylee and Savannah; and her brother William A Sinclair (Donna) of Jeffersonton, VA. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Culpeper National Cemetery (305 U. s. Ave, Culpeper, VA 22701).
