He is survived by: his sons, Steve Goolsby (Patsy) and Donny Goolsby (Stacy); his grandchildren, Bradley Goolsby, Marcus Goolsby, Brandon Goolsby and Christian Goolsby; his daughter Denese Gold; and his siblings, Charlene Hitt (Bo), Harrison Goolsby, Faye Smith (Rick), Bradley Goolsby (Brenda) and Robin Jeffries (Roger).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapels & Cremation Service (850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper (850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Culpeper National Cemetery (501 E Chandler St, Culpeper, VA 22701).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Danny's name to the American Legion Post 330 at 14222 Rixeyville Road, Culpeper, VA 22701.
