She is survived by: her husband Johnnie; her children, Julie Hill (Danny) of Jonesborough, TN, Matthew Dolinger (Kimberly) of Haymarket, VA and Mark Dolinger (Kelly Sanders) of Virginia Beach, VA; her sister Chloa Blevins (William) of Manassas, VA; her grandchildren, Kristopher, Alexandra, Benjamin, Austin, Jenna (Anthony), Mary Elizabeth, Jonathan, Connor and Kaleb; and her great grandchildren, Kailyn, Aria, Jaxon, Jonah, Maisy and Aiden.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that expressions sympathy take the form of donations in Charlotte's name to the Little Fork Vol.
