She was predeceased by: her parents, Brown Carter and Lucille Stevers Carter; her husband Albert Neice; her grandson Jason Albert Neice; her siblings, Coy Carter, Judy Sage and Mamie Meadows; and her nieces and nephews, Steve Martin, Randy Martin, Gail Thompson and Diane Linkous.
She is survived by: her sons, Donnie Neice (Rosetta "Sissie") of Ripplemead, VA and Larry Neice of Ripplemead, Virginia; her grandchildren, Amy Vest and Brandon Neice; her great grandchild Haley Vest; and her sisters, Nancy Williams of Pearisburg and Dollie Martin (Jimmy) of Goldbond.
