She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Letchford and Cora Gordon Letchford; her siblings, Betty Brown, Gaynell Anderson, Shirley Letchford, Katherine Letchford, Bobby Letchford and Sam Letchford Jr.; and her stepdaughter Susan Lavender.
She is survived by: her children, Teddy Clark (Laura), Amanda Letchford and Bonnie Clark; her stepson Stacey Lavender; her siblings, Russell Letchford, Phyllis Clark and Barbara Johnson; her grandchildren, Raymond Kast, Amy Clark, Austin Clark and Holly Clark; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Kast and Arabella Kast.
