She was predeceased by: her father James Luther Lowe; and her siblings, Lisa Lowe Aherron of Ringgold, VA and James Anthony Lowe of Wilmington, NC.. She is survived by: her daughter Fallon Smith Phillips; her close friend Justin Jones; her son Joshua Nile Smith of Ringgold, VA; her siblings, Monte Lowe of Pilot Mountain, NC and Scarlett Lowe of Ringgold, VA; her aunt Naydeen Haden of Fredericksburg, VA.; her grandchildren, Taylor Hendley (Kevin Hendley), Briella, Layla, Madelyn, April, Chace, Diesel Ray, Joshua and Covyn; her great grandchildren, Willow and Havyn; her close friend Robert Smith; and her pets, Petra and Neffie. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family is requesting donations to your local animal shelter, rescue, or American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
