He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Goodwin and Katherine Nadeau Goodwin; and his siblings, Arthur Goodwin, Jr. and Patricia Goodwin. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Marie Gibson Goodwin; his daughter Jessica Walker (Randy); his grandchildren, Holly, Samantha Walker and Jacob Walker of Milton, NC; and his siblings, Jean, Barbara Goodwin of Ringgold, VA and Jim Goodwin of Las Vegas, NV..
