He is survived by: his parents, James David Sparks and Aliehya Arriola Sparks; his siblings, Sarah Combs (Noah), David Sparks, II and John Sparks; his grandparents, Fedeliza Ratunil Arriola and Elizabeth Sparks; his aunt Nancy Adams; and his cousins, Dan Adams, Mary Mills (Chris), Alexandra Grijaldo, Adrian Josh Grijaldo and Abby Grijaldo.
