He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Edward Rigney and Geraldine Gauldin Rigney. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Rigney; his children, Margaret Rigney (Ken Carter), Abigail Rigney, Sarah Rigney, Jeremiah Rigney (Taylor), John Landon Rigney, Matt Rigney (Crystal), Caleb Edward Rigney and Zach Haga (Karianne); his grandchildren, Rowan Rigney, Ashton Rigney, Kinley Haga, Asher Haga and Ezra Haga; and his siblings, Sheila Cranford, Janice Wall, Kathy Power, Deborah Rigney and Carl Rigney.
