He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Hollie and Marie Barker Hollie; his sister Vicky Hollie Scearce; his son James Lee Hollie; his nephew Walter C. Henderson, IV; and his niece Stephanie Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bullock; his daughters, Kristy Hollie Davis (Kevin) and Bridgett Hollie Sharpe (Steven); his sister Sandra Mills (Floyd); his grandchildren, Madison, A. J. and Jacob; and his great grandchild Eastyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Ringgold Baptist Church (4594 Ringgold Church Rd, Ringgold, VA 24586). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at the Highland Burial Park (1658 Piney Forest Rd, Danville, VA 24540).
