She was predeceased by: her parents, Humphrey Laws and Lily Laws; her husband Curtis McMillon; and her siblings, William, Dorothy Owens, Pauline Bean, Ernest, Clarence and Linwood.
She is survived by: her son Bobby Talbard (Sarah); her grandchildren, Jordan Talbard, Johnathan Talbard and Carrie Ann Talbard; her brother Curtis; and her nieces, Donna Dickens and Wendy Poythress.
