He is survived by: his children, Michael D. Bivens (Sharon) of Statesville, Anthony D. Bivens (Lisa) of Sutherlin, Virginia, Teresa B. Tuck (Ricky) of Ringgold, Wendy B. Moran (Dennis) of Ringgold and Sheila B. Davis (Terrell) of Greenville; his son-in-law Clay Paxton of Danville, Virginia; his sister Millie B. Hale (Arnold) of High Point; and his friend Forrest K. Adams of Danville, Virginia.. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, all restrictions mandated by the guidelines set forth by the state must be followed by service attendants and staff.
