We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2024, at the age of 91, Charlie Marvin Harris of Ringgold, Virginia, born in Halifax, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Vicks Harris and Mose Harris; his son Marty Ray Harris; and his siblings, Earlene Snead, Gaither Harris, Odell Harris and Lonnie Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Johns Harris; his daughter Michelle Easley of Ringgold, VA; his sisters, Frances Reynolds and Marie Goble; his son-in-law Calvin Easley Sr.; his grandsons, Calvin Easley Jr. (Carrie) and Andrew Easley (Chelsi); his great grandchildren, Betsy Easley and Sophia Easley; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Bowman (Larry).
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Faith Memorial Baptist Church, 7450 Martinsville Highway, Danville, VA 24541 or to the Fire Department or Life Saving Crew of your choice.
