We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2022, at the age of 85, Barbara Milligan of Ringgold, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruno Herbst and Maria Roesser Herbst; her husband Charles Milligan; and her brothers, Arthur Herbst and Erich Herbst.
She is survived by: her children, Edmund Braun, Ingrid "Indy" Siegmann (Andy), Katja Milligan-Collie (Mark) and Hans-Jurgen Milligan (Amber); her grandchildren, Delaney Collie, Christian Milligan, Jenny Siegmann, Jaime Siegmann, Daniel Siegmann, Birgut Braun and Marcus Braun; and her brother Alias Herbst. She is also survived by four children with her first husband.
