He was predeceased by: his father Walter Winkle; and his brother Bobby Lee Edward Winkle. He is survived by: his wife Brenda H. Winkle; his children, Lee Winkle (Sarah) and Melissa Sheppard (Lance); his grandchildren, Maddie Winkle, Brayleigh, Kaydence and Adasyn Sheppard; his mother Ruby B. Winkle; and his nephew Justin Winkle. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
