He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lester Hall; his children, Terry Rae Bodine (Bill), Rick Hall, Andrew Hall (Darien) and Ryan Hall; and his grandchildren, Emily Gur (Terry), Jesse Hall (Rick), Addison Hall (Andrew), Zada Hall (Andrew) and Isaac Hall (Rick).
