With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Rebecca Norris Jones of Riner, Virginia, born in Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on February 13, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris E. Norris and Lloyd Elwood Norris of Roanoke, Virginia.. She is survived by: her husband Robert Wayne Jones (Bob); her daughter Rebecca Jones (Christy); her grandchildren, Jessica, Austin (Grace) and Joseph; her siblings, Sybil N. Taylor (Paul) of Salem, Kathy N. Goodall (Bob) of Fredericksburg and Paul E. Norris (Melonie) of Charlotte; her sister-in-law Marilyn C. Jones; her friend Bob; and also James D. Jones (Jimmy). She is also survived by her aunt, cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Grace House Missions @ http://www.bridgefamily.church (choose missions fund, then Grace House as the subfund. This is a safe house for girls in Thailand).
