He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Harris; his sons, Howard (Stacy Ann Harris) and Damon (Carla Ann Harris); his stepdaughters, Nancy Astor Agnew and Penny Renee Hamilton; and his sisters, Jovita Hosey and Sandra Bane (Jim). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
