It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Faye Dalton Brooks of Riner, Virginia, who passed away on September 16, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Dalton and Sabra Jackson Dalton; her stepmother Ruth Dalton; and her brother Carson Dalton. She is survived by: her husband Larry Brooks; her daughter Michelle Brooks; her siblings, Estelle White (J. C.) of Mt. Airy, Wayne Brown (Carroll) of Daytona Beach, Florida and Chuck Dalton of West Bend; and her sister-in-law Diane Dalton. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors, friends, and all her furry friends.
