She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda (Eddie Azbell) and Kathy (Delane Carico); and her grandchildren, Tonya Hinkley (Jessie), April Azbell, Kevin Azbell, Travis Vires, Carrie Vires, Audrey Vires and Justin Carico. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
