He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Otho Whitlock and Florence Whitlock. He is survived by: his wife Patricia H. Whitlock; his children, Teresa W. Thompson (Donnie), Donald W. Whitlock, Dale E. Whitlock, Amy K. Caldwell (Rob) and Alex Mills; and his siblings, Pete Whitlock, Bob Whitlock (Linda) and Anita Duncan. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
