She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Moses (Jerry); and her parents, George Howery and Edna Reed Bishop. She is survived by: her son Michael Scaggs; her sisters, Dianne B. Gearheart (Bill) and Delores B. Wirt; her grandson Brandon Scaggs; her stepson Dennis Moses; her aunts, Rubye Caldwell and Helen Roop; her cousin Sandy Collins; and her caregiver Ireland. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
