He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Meredith; his children, Kevin Meredith (Maren) of Snowville and Tracy Butenhoff (Andy) of Greenville; his siblings, Ernie Meredith (Nydia), Janet Dishon (Conley) and Gay Meredith; his grandchildren, Austen Meredith, Pearl Akers, Berkeley Meredith, Oliver Meredith, Wyatt Meredith, Meredith Butenhoff, Cole Butenhoff and Sydney Butenhoff; and his great grandchildren, Barrett Akers and Bowen Akers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
