It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Hoover of Rileyville, Virginia, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Snyder and Emma Snyder (Roadcap); and her husband Reverend Lawrence B. Hoover. She is survived by: her sister Alice S. Foley of Winchester. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests all memorial contributions be made to the Page United Methodist Church, 1062 Springfield Road, Luray, VA 22835.
