He was predeceased by: his father James C. Shively, Jr.; and his son Elijah Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Robin Rigsby, Travis Shively, Dakota Lewis and Dustin Lewis; his brothers, Donald Shively, Randy Shively and Tony Shively; and his pet Bohanan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
