He is survived by: his wife Margaret Sapp Stump; his children, Donna Belcher (Shane) of Bassett, VA, Heather Cribb (Christopher) of Eden and Douglas Stump of Bassett, VA; his siblings, Willard "Eddie" Stump of Fieldale, VA and Teresa Stump of Rocky Mount, VA; and his grandchildren, Bradley, Ashley, Erica and Kimber.
