He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Tim; his cousin Ralph Harvey; his wife Faye Wilson Carter; his son Timothy Carter (Michelle) of Eden; his grandchildren, Jessica Ann Carter and Timothy "Pete" Carter; his great grandchildren, David, Christopher Mundy, Cassius and Charlotte Carter; his sister Jo Ann Porter of Eutaw, Alabama; and his pets, Rosie and Harley.
