She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene W. "Bookie" Pulliam; and her brother Jimmy. She is survived by: her children, Anne Crowder of Reidsville, Jennifer Lynne Connors (Kevin) and Amy Winn (Eric) of Martinsville, VA; her siblings, Fran Emory (Ed) of Morehead City and John C. Emory, Jr. (Lea) of Midlothian, VA; her sisters-in-law, Emily Brooks of Ridgeway, VA and Janet Lester (Billy) of Carthage, NC; her grandchildren, Sara Smith (Kevin), April Fargis (Jordan), Wesley Vandiver, Samantha Vandiver, Jacob Winn (Jessica Sutphin) and Dianna Winn; and her great grandchildren, Eli Smith, Katie Smith, Camdyn Fargis, Amelia Fargis, Tyson Vandiver, Brittany Oldland (Will) and Lathan Smith.
