He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Martin Underwood and Betty Lolene Holland Underwood; his wife Patsy Underwood; and his grandsons, Ronald Underwood, Jacob Clark, David Hunnicutt and Ronnie Lee Wagoner.
He is survived by: his children, Lewis Underwood (Lisa), Doug Underwood (Teresa), Robert Lee Underwood (Sharon), Stanley L. "Peanut" Underwood, III (Ashlee), Kathy Wampler (Robert Francis) and Bonnie Wagoner (Ronnie); his stepchildren, Neil Prater, Benny Prater, Steven Prater and Stephanie Prater; and his siblings, Henry Underwood and Reva Dudley. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Due to the governor's requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is required and social distancing is to be observed while visiting at the funeral home.
