It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stacy Leigh Minter of Ridgeway, Virginia, born in Martinsville, Virginia, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Bonnie Fay Chitwood Shelton. She is survived by: her father Junior Ray Maxey; her husband John Eggleston Minter, Jr.; her stepfather Sammy Shelton; her children, Margie Ann Minter, Joshua Eric Minter (Meaghan) and Jonathan Ryan Minter (Sierra); her brothers, Christopher "Chris" Ray Maxey (Julie) and Jon "Matt" Matthew Shelton (Janice); her niece Summer Skylar Shelton; and her grandchildren, Jayden Elijah Minter, Gavin Reed Minter, Makenna Caroline Hassell, Amelia Michelle Minter, Nathan Drew Minter and Kayleigh Jade Stallard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins family and friends.
