It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sibyl Mary Carter Sutliff (Ridgeway, Virginia), who passed away on April 4, 2013, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther James Carter and Jessie Rakestraw Carter; and her husband Isaac Herman Sutliff. She is survived by: her nieces, Sibyl Leigh Carter, Patricia Hubbard (Larry) and Joan T. Miles; her nephew Wayne Trent (Daphne); her great-niece Julia T. Noel (Nicholas); her great-nephews, David Trent and James Marcus Nelson (Misty); her sister-in-law Marjorie Carter; her siblings, James Carter, Frances Carter and Lucille Trent; her brother-in-law Elmer Trent; and also, Reese Noel, Faith and Jessicka.
