She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Barker and Mary Belle Wilson Barker. She is survived by: her husband Jason H. Carter; her children, Linda Carter Smoak (Jesse) of Stoneville, Shelia Carter Sexton (Billy) of Stoneville, Tammy Lynn Carter of Eden and Ricky Carter (Amy) of Stoneville; and her sister Shelby Axsom of Eden. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
