He is survived by: his children, Lyvonnia M. Fontaine, Andre S. Fontaine (Carolyn), Maury C. Fontaine Sr. and Geri M. Fontaine; his brother Richard C. Fontaine; and his pet Caddie. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great grandchild, and two nephews.
