He was predeceased by: his sisters, Edith Hill, Norma McBride, Mary Ann Hesselton and Alice Mimms. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Wilson Horsley; his children, Rod H. Horsley (Kelly) of Stoneville and Penny L. Horsley; his grandchildren, Kennedy and Kylee Horsley of Stoneville; and his brother James Horsley (Lois).
