She was predeceased by: her father Johnny F. Howell; and her sister Lora Frazier. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Ellen Maxwell; her husband Victor "Radar" Cook; her daughters, P. J. Watson (Tyrone), Hiawatha Rosemond (Patrick) and Shannon Moore; her siblings, Jolene Harris, Johnny Howell and Timothy Howell; her grandchildren, Jayden Watson, DeSean Watson, Lyric Thompson, Drake Thompson, Silas Thompson and Nick Moore; and her great grandchildren, Nona and Joni.
