It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Hacker James (Ridgeway, Virginia), born in Gassaway, West Virginia, who passed away on February 20, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harlan Gereld James; her children, Deborah Blair Frame, Herald Eugene Frame and Raymond Williams, Jr.; and her brothers, Sonny Woodrow Hacker, William "Bill" Hacker and Jerry Lee Hacker, Sr..
She is survived by: her sons, David B. Frame (Robin K.), Michael L. Frame (Robin A.), Samuel P. Williams (Dana) and Allen L. Williams (Misti); and her sisters, Ann Davis (Rod) and Nancy Moss (Frank). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
