He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Church; his sons, Jimmy Swain (Brittney) and Derrick Church; his stepdaughters, Megan Rigney (Dustin) and Katelyn Cassady (Blayne); his brother Jentry Church (Sandra); his nieces, Sarah Hammond (Hunter) and Renee Mize; and his grandchildren, Larrah Rigney, Abbie Swain, Jacob Swain, Avery Church, Olivia Cassady and Bodie Smith.
